How does laundry pickup and delivery work?
You schedule a pickup, set your laundry on the porch in any bag, and we pick it up. We wash, dry and fold everything, then deliver it back to your door within [TURNAROUND].
How much does laundry pickup cost in Roseburg?
Wash and fold is [PRICE] per pound with a [MINIMUM LBS] minimum, and weekly customers pay [WEEKLY PRICE] per pound. Pickup and delivery are included in Roseburg and Green, with a flat zone fee for towns farther out.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Most customers leave their bag on the porch or another spot we agree on. We'll pick it up and deliver it back to the same place.
What kind of bag should I use?
Any bag works for your first pickup, including a trash bag or laundry bag. Please use a separate bag for delicates or anything that needs special care.
What if it's raining on pickup day?
Set your bag somewhere covered, like under the porch roof or just inside a screen door. Let us know where to look when you schedule.
How do I pay?

Is pickup and delivery included in the price?
In Roseburg and Green, yes. Pickup and delivery are included in the per-pound price. Winston and Sutherlin are zone 2 at [ZONE 2 FEE], and Glide is zone 3 at [ZONE 3 FEE].
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is [MINIMUM LBS]. Smaller orders are charged at the minimum.
How is my laundry weighed?
We weigh your laundry dry, before washing, and let you know the weight and total.
What's the difference between wash and fold, fluff and fold, and a laundry service?
They're mostly the same thing. Wash and fold and fluff and fold both mean someone else washes, dries and folds your laundry and charges by the pound. A laundry service is the broader term, and ours adds pickup and delivery, so you never leave home.
Is wash and fold the same as dry cleaning?
No. Wash and fold uses regular washers and dryers with water and detergent. Dry cleaning uses solvents for delicate fabrics, and dry-clean-only items aren't included in our wash and fold.
Are you a laundromat?
No. We're a laundry pickup and delivery service, so there's no storefront to visit. We come to you.
Is my laundry washed with other customers' laundry?
Never. Every customer's laundry is washed separately.
What if something gets lost or damaged?
We take care to follow every care label. If there's ever a problem, contact us right away and we'll make it right according to our terms of service.
Do you offer a weekly plan?
Yes. Weekly pickup gets our best per-pound rate, and you keep the same pickup day every week. Every-other-week pickup is [EVERY-OTHER-WEEK PRICE] per pound.
Do you charge extra outside Roseburg?

How are pickup days set?

Do you offer dry cleaning?
